Professional Cassette Air Conditioner Cleaning

Cassette air conditioners are ceiling-mounted systems designed to distribute air evenly across a room, making them common in commercial spaces and open-plan environments. Because these systems draw air from above and operate continuously, dust, moisture, and contaminants can accumulate inside the unit over time.

Our technicians provide professional cassette air conditioner cleaning services designed to thoroughly clean internal components, support healthier indoor air quality, and help maintain system performance.

Cassette systems require careful disassembly and specialised cleaning due to their ceiling-mounted design. Our structured cleaning process ensures a deep, effective clean while protecting surrounding areas.

  • Assessment & Safe Disassembly: The system is carefully inspected and key components are removed to allow full access for cleaning.

  • Thorough Internal Cleaning: Internal and external components are deep cleaned to remove dust, dirt, mould, and bacteria using professional-grade products and equipment.

  • Careful Reassembly: All components are reassembled securely, ensuring the system is correctly fitted and ready to ope

  • Final Testing & Performance Check: The system is tested to confirm proper airflow, cooling performance, and clean air delivery.

Will came and cleaned the internal part of the aircon today with the Ultimate Cleaning Package (for a deep clean) as it was very mouldy. He was friendly and professional. He even mentioned that he would use Clove Oil, which was helpful communication. That allowed me to decline, as my partner is sensitive to clove oil and it would have been a nightmare if that was put on. The rest of the chemicals are effective and impressive. Thanks Will :) what a great guy. Excellent service, excellent communication, and reasonable price! He had all the right equipment to professionally clean it quickly and efficiently.
