Will came and cleaned the internal part of the aircon today with the Ultimate Cleaning Package (for a deep clean) as it was very mouldy. He was friendly and professional. He even mentioned that he would use Clove Oil, which was helpful communication. That allowed me to decline, as my partner is sensitive to clove oil and it would have been a nightmare if that was put on. The rest of the chemicals are effective and impressive.
